Professional Biography
Tamika Williams is an experienced corporate governance and corporate services professional with more than ten years of experience in the Cayman Islands financial services industry.
As Corporate Manager at Foreshore Corporate Services Ltd., Tamika oversees the delivery of corporate administration, registered office services, regulatory compliance and governance support for a diverse portfolio of local and international clients. She is committed to delivering exceptional client service while ensuring entities remain compliant with the evolving legislative and regulatory requirements of the Cayman Islands.
Prior to joining Foreshore Corporate Services Ltd. in May 2024, Tamika gained extensive experience with several of the Cayman Islands' leading corporate service providers, developing strong expertise in corporate governance, entity management, company incorporations, beneficial ownership, economic substance, AML compliance and regulatory administration.
Tamika is a Professional Administrator (P.Adm), certified by the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada, and an Accredited Director (Acc.Dir.). She is also a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association (CIDA).
From 2023 to 2025, Tamika proudly served as a member of a statutory board of the Cayman Islands Government, contributing to sound governance, strategic decision-making and public service.
She is passionate about promoting good corporate governance, embracing technology to improve client service and building long-term relationships through professionalism, integrity and practical solutions.
